Indemnification

Per EPA Rules & Regulations, waste generators are subject to "cradle to grave" responsibility for all waste generated at their facilities. In light of this caveat, it is vital that waste generators employ any means necessary in order to minimize this long term liability.

Berg Environmental Services, Inc. indemnifies itself and all of our clients via our service agreement, which offers financial risk minimization via our own internal applicable insurance policies and our service agreements with our TSDF disposal partners.

Transportation Phase

During transportation of all wastes, our generator clients shall be indemnified via our internal transportation and commercial pollution insurance policies.

Disposal & Treatment Phase

Our partner TSDF facilites shall indemnify all client generators from the moment they accept waste shipments, and then onward into the future via our service agreement.
