Scheduling

  • We offer convenient weekly, monthly or one time event pickups. Just let us know which schedule works best for you.
  • We accept telephone, fax or email pickup requests and postponement notifications.

Pickup Service

  • When our professional and courteous driver arrives, he will collect any full box containers and replace them with an equal number of UN and DOT approved corrugated boxes and matching liner.
  • SHARPS CONTAINERS MAY BE COMBINED INTO CORRUGATED BOXES WITH OTHER WASTES AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
  • You will then sign the accompanying waste manifest shipping document.

Billing

  • We DO NOT require long term service contracts. You are only committed from "load to load" and can cancel our services at any time with no penalty.
  • You will receive an invoice within a week of the pickup accompanied by a copy of the original waste manifest to verify charges and document that your waste was properly disposed of in a timely manner.
  • If you decide to commit to a regular weekly or monthly pickup schedule, and you do not have waste for pickup, you can call or email a postponement notification prior to pickup, and thus not be charged for that particular scheduled pickup. If we arrive and you do not have waste, and you have not sent a postponement notification, we will charge a nominal fee for the stop.
  • We accept credit card payments.

  • We offer comprehensive personal training and consultation services to help insure that your staff are trained and that your facilities are in compliance. Many of our competitors merely offer books and cd's which pale in coomparison to the hands-on approach of our knowledgeable and experienced training consultants.
