Shipping & Disposal Documentation

As a value added service to our customers, Berg Environmental Services, Inc. provides all appropriate waste shipping documents and labels free of charge for each waste shipment.

Shipping Documents

Documents include the EPA's (Environmental Protection Agency) Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest and Land Ban Restriction Form (if necessary). The client will be given 1 initial "generator's copy" of the Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest, and 1 copy of the Land Ban Restriction Form (if necessary) at the time of the waste pickup. Within 45 days, the generator client shall recieve via mail the original top copy of the Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest with final approval signature from the appropriate TSDF. The generator client should maintain this original copy in their files as documented proof that their wastes were transported and disposed of in an appropriate manner.

Shipping Labels

Labels include appropriate EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) Hazardous & Non-Regulated waste labels, as well as appropriate DOT (Department of Transportation) hazardardous materials classification labels.
