We wanted to make our website visitors aware of this OSHA fine issued this week in Pennsylvania (which is a federal OSHA state, just like Texas) to a framing subcontractor for numerous fall protection violations at 3 residential projects.

The GC was also fined under OSHA’s “controlling employer” mandate.
