Given the current Coronavirus pandemic crisis, we have created this page to offer available resources and updates designed to help our clients and other companies manage OSHA and occupational health and safety related aspects of the virus.

Per OSHA’s “General Duty Clause,” employers who continue to operate during this pandemic create potential Coronavirus/COVID-19 employee exposures which constitutes a “Recognized Hazard,” thus requiring employers to take action to prevent and control these exposures.

These resources are intended to help employers prevent & control the spread of Coronavirus/COVID-19, not only within their workforce, but also to the wider community.  The more proactive we are, the quicker we can resolve the crises and return to a state of normalcy.

Keep in mind that the longer this situation persists and the longer local governments allow businesses to operate, the more critical it is that employers focus on actively managing available prevention and control measures to protect their employees, local community and businesses from harm.
