Employers Must Track & Report Work Related Covid-19 Infections on OSHA 300 Logs

OSHA has issued updated guidance requiring employers to track and record coronavirus/Covid-19 infections as a recordable illness on their OSHA 300 logs if the infection occurred as a result of work related activities and: COVID-19 diagnosis confirmed Exposure meets "work related" definition Meets 1 or more recordable illness criteria See More Here
